WR Evan Berry is returning to the Eagles for three more seasons.
Berry is expected to be signed by the Eagles as an undrafted free agent, according to league sources.
Berry was a second-round pick of the Eagles in 2015.
The 24-year-old has been a key member of the Philadelphia defense since 2013, helping the team to a Super Bowl appearance.
He has recorded 461 receptions for 5,904 yards and 22 touchdowns in his career.
Berry will earn $1.25 million in base salary this season and $1 million in incentives.
He also will receive $2.5 million in signing bonuses.
He will earn up to $2 million in the first two years of the deal, and $2-3 million in each of the final two years.
Berry’s release would give the Eagles a cap hit of $4.1 million.
Berry’s contract was set to expire after the 2016 season, but the Eagles did not extend it in December.
