The Argentina propansion and eurodollar exchange have reopened.
New York-based New York Mercantile Exchange said in a statement on Monday that Argentina propanesion and Eurodollar Exchange will reopen for trading as of Monday morning.
The exchange was closed on June 3 after the death of a company employee and the theft of the company’s corporate email account.
In its statement, New York-listed Argentine oil and gas company Gasperes SA said it is grateful for the exchange’s opening and that it is working with Argentine authorities to identify and prosecute those responsible for the theft.
Gasperes is seeking to recover the stolen data, including email accounts, personal bank account information and personal accounts of employees, the company said.
